These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Roofing Randy ("Roofing Randy," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website, submitting a contact form, calling us, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Roofing Randy operates an informational website that helps homeowners get in touch with independent, third-party roofing professionals ("Service Providers") in their area. Roofing Randy is not a licensed roofing contractor, does not perform roofing inspections, repairs, or installations, and is not the employer, agent, partner, joint venturer, or representative of any Service Provider.

Any inspection, estimate, contract, warranty, or work performed is solely between you and the Service Provider you choose to engage. We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, timing, licensing, insurance, workmanship, or outcome of any services provided by a Service Provider.

When you submit a request through our website, by email, or by phone, you authorize Roofing Randy to share the information you provide — including your name, phone number, email address, property address, and project details — with one or more Service Providers so they can respond to your request. You also authorize Roofing Randy and those Service Providers to contact you by phone, text message, prerecorded message, autodialer, or email at the contact information you provided, for purposes related to your request, even if your number is listed on any federal, state, or internal Do Not Call registry. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts, following the unsubscribe link in emails, or emailing hello@roofingrandy.com.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; to use the site only for lawful purposes; and not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest data, submit false requests, or impersonate any other person. You are responsible for vetting any Service Provider before engaging them, including confirming their licensing and insurance, and for reviewing and signing any contract directly with them.

The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and the "Roofing Randy" name and character — are owned by Roofing Randy or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.

The site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party Service Providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, products, services, or actions of any third party. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOFING RANDY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ANY DEALINGS WITH A SERVICE PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You and Roofing Randy each waive any right to a jury trial and agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
